• Your company name and tax number (CVR/VAT/ORG no.)
• Your real name (i.e. your legal name)

• Your email address
• Your payment details such as credit card number. This data is requested at the latest when you wish to acquire a licence to use content. However, we do not store this data ourselves; it is sent by us directly to the payment service provider we have appointed and is deleted once the transaction has been completed.

This information is necessary to create the relevant user account for you and to complete transactions with you and to grant you licences in accordance with our licence terms.

Retention period
We normally only store this data in our active storage until your user account is deleted and pending transactions are finalised. After that, we archive the data according to the statutory retention periods.

3 Changes and updates to our privacy policy

We will change and update our privacy policy when there is a need to adapt it to current requirements. Our Privacy Policy are written in Danish. If there is any contradiction between the Danish version and a the english translation of our Privacy Policy, the Danish version shall prevail.
